My wife Jenny and I live in Colorado with our two kiddos Tatum (11) and Toby (8). I was born and raised in the Berkshires which is where I call home. We are a very active family and participate in triathlon training (Jeff), yoga (Jenny), dance (Tatum) and flag football (Toby). During the winters we spend the majority of our weekends skiing and snowboarding in the Rockies. Additionally we make as many trips back to the Berkshires as possible to visit family; hence, why we recently purchased a home there!

Perfect for our needs
My friends and I really enjoyed staying here! Jeff was very responsive to my questions before I arrived. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs. We especially liked the two local hiking guides Jeff had at the house - we picked all three of our hikes out of this book and had such a fabulous weekend in the Berkshires. The house is located just minutes from the Mass Turnpike and perfectly situated near numerous museums, quaint town centers, and endless outdoor activities. If traveling to the southern Berkshires, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, Cozy and a perfect location
This was the perfect home base for a weekend away with a group of friends. Spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfy. It was snowing while we were there and the house was warm and cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this rental, perfect for families or a group. Five minutes from downtown Stockbridge and very easy to find. Thanks Jeff, for a such a wonderful stay!

The perfect family home for a Berkshires getaway
Loved, loved, loved staying here! This cape house was so welcoming and ideal for our family of four. We appreciated that it was clean as a whistle and well stocked with clean lines and toiletries. We loved the location and enjoyed taking long walks around the nearby lake. Lots of sightseeing was done in the area, but we also relished our time just relaxing at the house. It was so homey! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. Honestly, we can't think of anything the house lacks. We would definitely come back here again!

Easy, professional, friendly and comfortable
Family was visiting for the holidays and we needed more space to accommodate everyone. This house was a great fit. Well maintained, stocked with everything we needed and comfortable. Jeff, the owner, is a prompt and clear communicator. Plus he is very friendly. His sister, Christy, who helps him out, is also great and makes things very easy. We really enjoyed our experience!

Great Getaway - Clean, Spacious but Cozy
My parents were visiting us in mid-October from overseas and we decided to visit the Berkshires. We had 4 adults and a toddler and we chose the Stockbridge Cape to spend the week. Communication with Jeff, owner, was so smooth and pain free. He responded quickly to our questions prior to our booking as well as throughout our stay. The house is very clean. All the basic needs were available and the patio was big enough for our 2.5 year old to ride his balance bike while we were grilling or hanging out. At this time of year, the late afternoon sun hits an apple tree outback complete with a swing (the apples were actually amazing to boot). We enjoyed playing in the yard before the sun went down and there is a nice walk down a dirt road to the pond. A large window in the living room overlooks the backyard and fall foliage was at its peak (which my parents thoroughly enjoyed). The house is located in a very convenient location. It is a very short drive to Lenox & Stockbridge (5 min) with Great Barrington just a bit further (and containing a bit more variety). There is plenty of outdoor activities around the Berkshires and is great for all ages. This place is an absolute must and we certainly will plan more trips to the Stockbridge Cape (don't be trying to take our week through!).

Halloween in the Berkshires
My family and I stayed at Jeff's house for Halloween weekend. there were 7 adults and 2 small children, and the house was perfect! Jeff was very accommodating, providing my sister with the best places for her daughter to trick or treat, answering all of our questions very quickly, and even offering to let us stay an extra day free of charge! The house itself was very clean and cozy. We had a lot of people, and the house didn't feel crowded at all. The house sits on a nice patch of land, complete with tree swing and an apple tree. If I ever find myself in the Berkshires again, I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Jeff!

Spotless and nicely furnished!
Our stay at Jeff's place was an Airbnb experience at its 'no fuss' best. Everything was exactly as described. All communication was excellent, clear and prompt. The home was spotless, nicely furnished and air-conditioned, which we appreciated. The location was perfect for our needs; very accessible to Stockbridge and other nearby towns. Couldn't have been better.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
The house worked out perfectly for us. We were 6 adults and twin toddlers and there was plenty of room for all. We were in the area for a family wedding and the house was in a convenient location not far from downtown Stockbridge, was clean and well laid out, and was well stocked with kitchen necessities and linens. The huge dec was a beautifully, relaxing spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The owners were amazing, quick to return calls and accommodating to all our needs, including providing a pack-and-plays for the babies and even finding a wonderful babysitter for the rehearsal dinner. Thank you, Jeff and Christy! I would definitely recommend thishouse to others.

We had a wonderful stay!
Four friends and I stayed at Jeff's home last weekend to attend our friend's wedding in Stockbridge. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The house is conveniently located on Interlaken, but a car would be necessary for getting around the area.

This is a really great home! My friends and I were attending a wedding at Tanglewood and we rented the house for the weekend. It had what we needed and we would definitely recommend it!

Perfect Landing Pad, Flexible Owners
The Stockbridge Cape worked so perfectly for our family, we're already planning our next trip! The location was great, only a quarter mile from family and a few miles each direction to all the Berkshire sights. The house has a ton of room to spread out and relax, the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable and the outdoor space is wonderful; we sipped our coffee on the sunny back deck. Also, the owners were extremely flexible and understanding with our dates shifting by one, and they were very organized in sharif information, check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this vacation home, just not on the weeks that I want it! :)

Excellent stay in the Berkshires!
A group of us stayed here for a local wedding. Everything was wonderful. The house was spacious, clean and in an excellent central location. We enjoyed the short ride to the local farmer's market and coming home to cook fresh veggies in the well laid out kitchen and then cook the meat out on the grill! The owners truly went above and beyond and even helped us find childcare connection for our son while adults attended the wedding! We were impressed with how family friendly it was; truly modern and functional for all. The deck is great and has a wonderful view. We would highly suggest it and plan to visit again!

Once again PERFECT!
This was my family's second stay at this warm and CLEAN home and it was just perfect again! The owners are so wonderful and accommodating. After our first visit, I made the suggestion of purchasing a couple of board games for families to play and they did! We found a few games and a couple decks of cards upon our return visit:) Great location, great house, and great owners! We'll be back this summer!

Perfect Weekend!
We stayed at the house for a weekend and the accommodations were excellent! Both bathrooms are newly renovated, the beds were just as comfortable as our own and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, just bring food! My favorite is the back deck, I would sit out there with my coffee in the morning and it was like I just stepped into a post card. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay that's CLEAN and has the accommodations of home this is your place! It is minutes from town so there are plenty things to do!!!

Beautiful & Welcoming!
The house was beautiful and very welcoming. We were able to have several cars and plenty of space for our group of 7 to stay for Memorial Day Weekend! We were just down the street from Tanglewood, it was perfect for us. Having the big back deck and grill made it perfect for nightly cookouts. Jeff checked in to make sure everything was all set for us when we got there but otherwise we were off on our own for a peaceful Berkshires weekend!

A Special Place
We had a wonderful stay in your house in the Berkshires! The house was clean and well organized with everything you could want or need including a kitchen stocked with dishes, pot/pans and a corkscrew, and even has a washer / dryer (I'm easy to please...they had me at corkscrew!). During the days, we visited the Norman Rockwell Museum, shopped in Stockbridge, West Stockbridge and Great Barrington and drove around to find a few antique shops. We had wonderful dinners at Rouge and Nudel! The house is in a perfect location. The owners were so easy to work with! I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Berkshire Getaway
We had a wonderful weekend and loved your house! It was the perfect size for our group and comfortable in every way. We found some great restaurants, visited the Norman Rockwell Museum, watched some basketball and spent some time in Lenox and Stockbridge. We were greeted by a nice touch of some Red Lion Inn wine and fresh flowers! So sweet! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, easy access to main highways, and close to lots of great attractions even in March! A summer or early fall visit would be amazing! Everything was perfect!

Fabulous Break in the Berkshires
We just returned from our weekend break in Stockbridge and we had a fabulous time. This charming house was ideal for us (2 couples). There is plenty of room and everything is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are also very clean with everything you could need. We were in the area for skiing and the house is perfectly located 10-15 min drive from the slopes. The owner Jeff is great, responds very promptly to any inquiries and really, nothing is too much bother for him. Stockbridge itself and the surrounding area is such a pretty place too so I'm sure we will be back later in the year to explore the area further. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to my friends - it's lovely!

Wonderful
We were 2 families traveling together with small kids and the house was perfect for us. The kids shared one room and the adults split the other 2 bedrooms. The was so cute, clean and cozy. The beds were all extremely comfortable and overall a great experience. My emails and calls were promptly returned and when there was snow and ice from the night before, all I had to do was call and they were there to shovel and sand the driveway. I have already recommended the home to my friends because we really appreciate coming across a house that was close to town, close to the mountain, clean, comfortable and great owners to deal with. We will definitely be back here!

Holiday Stay
We had a lovely holiday season in the Berkshire's (Christmas-New Years). Jeff was super helpful throughout before and during our stay and we had plenty of space for 4 adults, an infant, and a small dog. The home was incredibly comfortable, clean and cozy during some really cold days. They even decorated the living and dining room area for the holidays before we arrived! Stockbridge is a beautiful area and the home is literally right down the road from Kripalu. There are so many wonderful attractions, restaurants, and shops within a short distance to the house. Thank you Jeff for a wonderful stay!

Clean, Cute, Cozy
I traveled with my husband and two children to Stockbridge to visit family and WOW were we lucky to find this house! It was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and just remodeled! My two children were able to meander and explore the house without me worrying about hazards or dirt. The kitchen had all essentials (plus more!), bathrooms were stocked with linens and extra towels, and we enjoyed the expansive yard (even in the ice!), tree swing, and HUGE deck. Will be returning to the area in January and will be booking this home again! Thanks so much Jeff & Christy for answering our questions immediately and keeping the house so lovely! I would recommend this house over ANY other in the area (and I know the area very well)!

Great Get Away / Wonderfully Located
We had a girls get away reunion and the house was perfect!! The patio is so relaxing and perfect for bar-b-quing and enjoying the sunset. We found the house to be so comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is perfect for going to the museums, trails and other sites in the Berkshires. I would highly recommend this home for vacationing in the area and we hope to return!

Wonderful property so close to Kripalu
My family, husband and two children (6 and 12) plus our dog and cat stayed here for 3 nights. I was taking a workshop at Kripalu and my husband watched the kids. The house was perfect and only 2 minute drive plus super comfortable. They owner was super attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Sheets were plush (main bedroom has a feather bed under sheet) and towels soft and nice. I would highly recommend.

Great house, very convenient
My family stayed at this house over a rainy weekend - grandparents to baby. It was great to have a place to all be together. Our only complaint was that we didn't have a chance to enjoy the yard or porch thanks to the weather. The owners were great to work with as well and the location can't be beat.

Beautiful Berkshires Setting
The property owner was very attentive and gracious. The home was great for our brief stay and the back deck was the perfect setting for our morning coffee. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable! The list of compliments goes on and on. We would (and will) definitely be back to stay again!

Beautifully Well Maintained Country Home
This was the perfect house for the perfect weekend! My family booked the home for the Josh Billings Run-a-ground. The location was right on the race route. The house is as beautiful inside as on the outside My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom and we were blown away with how comfortable the bed was. I almost missed the race because I didn't want to get out of it! There was plenty of room throughout the house for our extended family who was also staying there. There is a big deck overlooking the back yard which is outstanding for entertaining guests...plenty of parking too. I am hoping to rent the home again next year for the Josh...can't wait!
